My daughter's hair when she grows up.

Action packed weekend no time to do her hair - ah ah ah that's me screaming.

We had a huge weekend. My son competed in the state Nippers Carnival at Kirra. We had to be at the beach at 6am to find a parking spot. He's a runner and did very well winning a Gold medal and Bronze. The only problem we had no time to do my daughter's hair. It takes a good 15-20 minutes to do a good job.

My daughter had these huge knots in the underneath layers. I again was in a rush the next day had nippers and had to be at the beach by 730 am. So I just did a quick tie your hair up without combing.

Well I finally made time for her hair, I sat her down and she was drawing. This is good it means she is busy and isn't thinking about her hair. I packed her hair with lots of product, I used the Oasis Leave In Moisturizer that I sell on the products page. We got there slowly. She of course had a shower first as she has to have wet hair. Then I got busy section by section with the wide tooth comb. Some parts I have to separate with my fingers first then use the comb. When I was finished she looked in the mirror and was so happy. Her hair looked lovely, and with the water and product the curl drops and makes her hair look long. One happy girl one happy mum.
Need some help give me a buzz, write me a comment. Have a product that you use share it here and I will give it a try too.

I DID IT! I DID IT! Conquering afro curly hair and loving it

I DID IT! Conquering afro curly hair and loving it.

I found this great video of how to comb afro hair. The video is over 7 minutes long, this is a sped up version, so real hair is much longer. The more time you take the better.

I finely getting better at the 2 strand twist. I did my daughter's hair style on Saturday when we were not in a mad rush to get somewhere. We had nothing on so we could take the time. You have to part the hair in the middle of her head. That is from her nose. Then do a top line and a bottom section to make it neat.

My lovely daughter is 5 and she really got her 2 front teeth for Xmas, its makes a big difference to her smile.

Ok drop me a comment tell what products you like to use.
I'm having problems trying to import the Brazil combing cream to Australia. So I have found some good alternatives here. I will share  and sell these soon.

So if I can help others out there let me know. Struggling with battles of afro hair. Drop me a line lets chat!
